Our shipping times are as follows.

• Most of the products take from 5 to 10 business days to be prepared and shipped. The Glitter Resin Tumblers that don't say ready to ship take 2 to 3 weeks to be prepared and shipped. Read the description on each item to see if have a specific shipping time.

We are a small company so these are guidelines not hard and fast rules! Just contact us if you need an updated estimated time of arrival for your order.

No personalized items are eligible for exchange, return, or refund. If the package was returned due to address problems, it will be reshipped, and the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.
