Cosmetics Glitter Glue Primer Eyeshadow Base Primer

This is an easy to use and easy to apply glitter primer. Just simply use your finger or a brush & gently swipe the cream across desired lid area. 

After applying, you can then apply your favorite glitter on top of the primer.
