Please upload or send your logo (PNG file with transparent background) and business card design to mhcbylisa@gmail.com. This item does not include logo creation. A valid URL must be provided to activate the keychain’s functionality. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask via email or chat below, and I will do my best to bring your vision to life.

The material used to apply the design to the t-shirt will depend on the design. It could be heat transfer vinyl, sublimation, printable heat transfer vinyl, or DTF.

Colors may vary on screen vs in person - every monitor is different!
Each custom item is handmade with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is unique, and slight imperfections or variations may exist between items. Please handle with care.
Due to the nature of the product, no refunds will be issued.

------PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING------
The current processing time is 7 to 10 business days. Your items will be shipped via USPS with tracking which usually takes 2-5 business days. If you need your items within 15 days from your order date I would strongly recommend, contact me before placing the order to verify if is going to be possible.

No personalized items are eligible for exchange, return, or refund. If the package was returned due to address problems, it will be reshipped, and the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.

Keychain Use Instructions:

Tap the keychain on the back of your phone (usually near the camera/top) to trigger actions like opening a URL.

If it still doesn't work, check/enable NFC: Go to your phone's Settings and look for "NFC" to turn it on. After enabling it, turn your phone off and on again before trying again.

T-shirts Care Instructions

1. Do not dry clean.
2. Wash and dry garments inside out. 
3. Choose cold or warm water temperature settings for the wash. 
4. Use mild detergent. 
5. Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry. 
6. Do not iron directly on a heat transfer design.
