Each custom keychain is handmade with care. Due to the handmade nature of this product, each item is unique, and slight imperfections or variations may exist between items. 
Due to the nature of the product, no refunds will be issued.

------PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING------
The current processing time is 5 to 10 business days. Your items will be shipped via USPS with tracking which usually takes 2-5 business days. If you need your items within 15 days from your order date I would strongly recommend, contact me before placing the order to verify if is going to be possible.
